Sotivo is an online platform that helps merchants to record sales, receive payments, and manage deliveries online and automatically
Can register a beginner account to try the system for FREE
Currently free shipping is not available. If you want a free delivery service, this service has to be done manually by the merchant and does not involve the delivery system in Sotivo.
For the time being, the payment method taken is through FPX/online banking only
Sotivo uses the concept of Single Sign On (SSO) which means that when a Sotivo user logs in and is registered under Sotivo, the user will get a "payment gateway" account and also a courier delivery account automatically and for free
The payment options available in the sotivo platform are FPX/online banking and Cash
Sotivo has more than 45 types and delivery companies including food delivery services, "same day deliver" or "on demand delivery". Among the available delivery companies include Poslaju, JnT, Ninja Van, LalaMove, Grab Express and so on.

Refunds to customers should be made manually as the money paid to the merchant will be credited directly to the merchant's account. So, refunds should be made manually from the merchant's bank account to the customer's bank account
